TUITION AND PAYMENT POLICY

A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 must accompany the registration form. There are nine prepaid tuition fees. September registration is due on August 26th. Payment of tuition for each month after September will be due on the 28th of each month, including the month of April. By September 28th, your second tuition payment should be ready to cover October services.

Registration is always due on the 28th of each month. Payments received on the 5th of the following month will incur a $25.00 late fee. Each subsequent day of delay, a late fee of $5 per day will be added. If payment is not received, the Zion Lutheran Preschool Board reserves the right to dismiss the student from our program. In the event of extenuating financial circumstances, please contact Erin Manwiller (717) 603-0413 before tuition becomes delinquent.

Checks must be made payable to Zion Lutheran Preschool. Include your child's name on the memo portion of the check. Payments can be placed in the child's communication folder or given to a teacher upon pickup and drop-off. If your check is returned to us due to insufficient funds in your account, you will be charged a $50.00 returned check fee.

CLASSROOM 2025-2026 TUITION

Children 2 years old:

Tuesday & Thursday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am

$175/month

3-year-olds:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

$225.00/month

4-year-olds:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

$275.00/mo.

* Families with more than one child enrolled will receive a 5% discount per monthly fee applied to the second and subsequent child enrollment.
